The Neurosciences Institute (NI) at the George Washington University ¸»Ó®²ÊÆ± is a premier neurological center. Patients with the most complex disorders affecting the nervous system come to the NI for comprehensive interdisciplinary care by the Instituteâ€™s internationally recognized team of neurosurgeons, neurologists, emergency room physicians, critical care specialists, physiatrists, psychiatrists, neuro-radiologists, neuro-pathologists and neuro-interventional specialists, as well as allied health service providers in nursing, speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy and neurologic rehabilitation.

Neurosurgery Physician Assistant Walk-in Clinic
We offer a walk-in clinic for patients with all types of neurosurgical problems, including chronic neck and back pain. No prior imaging necessary. Most insurances accepted.
At GW ¸»Ó®²ÊÆ±, your safety and health are our top priority. Thatâ€™s why we put safety protocols in place for in-office visits, including temperature screenings upon arrival and requiring face masks for everyone in the facility. The hospital regularly cares for patients with highly infectious disease and we continue to follow best practice guidelines to identify, isolate and care for COVID-19 patients, as well as other patients with potentially infectious disease.
